I got it to work! I think the default advanced vehicle template is setup a little different because when I run out of gas, I can still continue driving in reverse only lol
Getting stuck at 3:40 on Unreal Engine 5. I can find the Greater Than node, but it doesn't allow me to plug in the green string. Any help greatly appreciated.
@@Seredias. no without player, just when you spawns on the level you need to start the engine, and you can stop it if its on. I'm making racing game, so no characters in my game)))

this kinda dont work mate. Putting a float clamp on the gas pump prevents you topping up your tank more than its limit. i found this was an issue for myself. - my max fuel is 100. the top up is 100 if i have 50 fuel, and go to the pump, it tops it up, past 100, to 150, thus when driving, the fuel meter dosent deplete on screen, until you depelted the fuel below the max. This is fixed, by adding a float clamp to your gas pump, and setting to your max fuel.
I know what you mean, thats why I set it to the Max fuel instead of adding it to the current. 5:20 But of course if you want to fill it up more realistic, than you have to set the Limit and add up the Fuel slowly.

its due automatic gearbox in your car, also untick break as reverse that will solve issue however this will make you to do reverse gear.

Please check if the Input Value is definitely a Float. It must work because this is a Basis Math Function.
