      The women bear the blame too. They can get birth control, but they choose to take chances with these scummy men. Which is what I do not get. Why get involved with them in the first place? Don't these women have any self-respect that they deserve better? Especially the murdered gang members, it seems to have been their thinking they needed to make a lot of babies to leave something behind as they knew they probably would not see 30. they seemed to believe they will keep living through these children. Sad. Why do these young women buy into that?

  • @aniobimartinez
    @aniobimartinez ปีที่แล้ว +111

    I loved the way the woman in the first case was smiling. She was speaking and smiling despite the scandalous things the man said about her. Her smiles exuded from a deep confidence that the young man was the father of her child.

    • @peachygal4153
      @peachygal4153 ปีที่แล้ว

      He was the idiot not her. Her only idiocy was being involved with him. I don't know why Judge Lauren was getting on her for admitting what she had done when he accused. Yes, she admitted she had been with other men and cheated but she plainly said they were trying again after a breakup, and she was being faithful to him when the little girl was conceived. It is obvious why he did not think the little girl was his, he's light (I am guessing biracial) and she is white so he thought the little girl was too dark to be his, that her father must be a dark Black man. He does not understand biology. children only inherit 50% of their genes from each parent and the 50% is random. They do not necessarily have 25% form each grandparent. The child apparently inherited more of his Black parent's genes.

    3rd case the mother who lost her son used that young woman as a punching bag. There’s really no thee way to look at it. She found out that lady basically had to stay connected to her because she bore the seed of her son who was murdered and she took that opportunity to inject her with every bit of venom she had. Very tragic situation altogether.

    • @RayneZaleska
      @RayneZaleska ปีที่แล้ว +25

      She also couldn't handle that she wasn't the last person who cared about him to see him, it was the girlfriend, that started the hate for her. I always find it funny when mothers say their sons tell them everything and then in the next breath they prove themselves wrong, like her saying she never knew of Jada until right before his death when he called her and told her he had gotten her pregnant and she was like who is Jada?

    • @jollyrancherchick
      @jollyrancherchick ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I don't think offering a complete stranger who says their pregnant with your recently deceased son's baby is "using her as a punching bag". Imagine a random woman you've never met asking for your dead son's ssn to get death benefits but she's with another man. It would seem fishy to anyone, whether something weird was going on or not. Remember, the grandmother was the plaintiff, not the mother. Both women have a lot of anger but it does no good to blame one over the other.

      @@jollyrancherchickThe trouble was she needed the bsby mama to move in so she'd feel better about her son passing, but the baby mama didn't want that and felt pressured. She was very young and instead of daring to say no, she avoided the situation, which made the grandmother explode in rage and grief, and say some very horrible things. That would have led the baby mama to get scared, hurt, and reject the gradmother even further. She wasn't ready to deal with such overwhelmkng emotions of grief as the grandmother was putting out, she had enough with her own situation. I would have been scared too, and I'm much older. But I'd have been able to communicate clearly, due to life experience. I think the judge handled this case very well, she was quickly able to identifiy the issues both sides were having, how to communicate their feelings properly, and help them find common ground and understanding for eachother. Hopefully they got some councelling after this, it was a really rough situation.

    Wait if his mom wasn't legally allowed to raise him she has a legal argument that her baby not be around the grandma unless supervised by the courts as he can't be trusted as a mama's boy. Sounds like mama lost her parental rights so he has to be supervised so he doesn't take the baby around the grandma who was already deemed an unfit mom. Judge has no clue about that case
