White Rabbit UF does something that all her previous forms failed to do, Actually make her useable. It sucks how late/locked behind it it but the buffs she got was crazy. Being a sage-slayer also means she’ll have a hopefully good future ahead of her in ZL. Design is sick too

For counter surge to work that unit has to take damage from surge so it would do nothing
