ayahuasca is an amazing medicine, it is not a shallow high, and it is not to be disrespected, and approached with the correct respect it can provide you with years worth of self knowledge in a few hours. if anyone is considering it, id highly recommend sobre meditation and self reflection, if you can explore your shadow honestly without the the aid of psychedelics there is nothing to fear during the trips, and the less you fear in a trip, the more you learn. happy exploring follow psychonauts.
