Quidam is my favourite show of all. Is the most elegant and touching also. This song is the best of all i have heard from Le Cirque. Is powerful and beautiful
I love this act so much! The song is unbeliaveble, the choreography and the movements are brilliant, but I think that what gives this act its feeling, its power are all those little ( or large) details: the spinning woman on the backround, how Olga opens her eyes sudddenly at 2:34 , how wind seems to ruffle her hair at 1:21, the way she leaves scene, flying, her sudden movements.... Everything gives this act a special sort of power and gravity! Love this act! Girl power forever!

Olga is back at Quidam! She performed this week again in Belgium (where Quidam is at the moment) and she is ready to perform for many years to come, although she gave birth to a baby 5 months ago!
Olga has always been so beautiful. I have watched Cirque show's on video for 10 years. I finally was able to see one, and it was Quidam. I was incredibly disappointed that Olga is no longer in it ): But she has moved on to other shows and will still continue to progress in her amazing skills as one of the best contortionists. Other than that, my dream came true. I was in tears in the beginning to finally see a cirque show
I wish that Olga would go back to Varekai!!! This video is amazing! But I enjoyed the graceful sweeping movement in Varekai more than this. But they are both extraordinary of course I didn't expect anything less from Olga!!!

If anyone have a guess then I'd love to hear! Somehow I feel Olga is the girl grown up and the dancer is Olga's inner world, revolving around herself, untouched and untouchable..

Olga displays her amazing talent, as always in the life she has chosen to lead in the world's biggest circus. If she's going for "freaky" in this particular act, she succeeds well, especially with her left leg looking slightly broken like that!

WOW! in answer to some questions, -Olga is indeed back in Quidam and looked pretty A * - The women is spinning in the backgraound... just because, its part of the visual display tha is Cirque, there are lots of things like this. - The canes are slotted into the floor which rotates round. i thik there is a v slow innner big circle, then a faster outer one and the rest is stationary (but like a target)

@hafoko Anybody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Spinster is played by one of the aerial hoop artists in this video. She's wearing the same exact makeup as they are and she can spin for 5+ minutes without being dizzy.
If you knew what the show was about, then you could say this. But the kid sitting on the floor watching is a girl. And while this act is a little sexy but not meant to be provocative just goes to show that in a cirque show, you get to see everything in every way that is absolutely beautiful no matter the story line of each show.

The reason why her performance in Varekai was better is because she was about twenty-one when she performed. She was only fifteen when she did this for the first time. Pretty amazing for a fifteen year old, huh? :)
