Chocolate and Pecan Muffin
Ingredients:
1 pot of yogurt of 125 gr
4 eggs
1 1/2 pot of sugar
4 pots of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 jar of sunflower oil
1 tbsp liquid vanilla
45g cocoa powder
100 g of pecans and 50 g for the top
Chocolate chips
Preparation :
In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar as well as the eggs and oil.
Add the flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder and mix well.
Add the pecans and mix
Fill the boxes with dough.
Add chocolate chips and pecans on top and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool before tasting.
