great work again mate ,top tip punch out the holes in the gasket before you cut it to the correct shape ,and if you can get a set of paper cutting punchs use them ,they have the correct outer diameter and narrow cutting heads

Loctite SI 5980 On almost all my stuff and loctite SI 5990 on the head and exhaust . That's just 2 stroke oil in the tube full synthetic

Any tips on drilling the decompression hole without chipping the nikasil?

You remove nikasil with small flat ended grind stone to make an indentation for the drill bit . Follow video on the casa 185 its shown in detail
