Quick science note: hydrogen peroxide is packaged in a dark bottle to block light. It decomposes into water and oxygen faster when exposed to light, so try to keep your peroxide in a dark bottle. Great video!

I’ve been doing the baggie trick too. Specially when I’m out visiting a friend or family member, I refuse to leave my personal stuff in their trash. And when my kids were babies I would use it for their diapers. Best thing to do!

@@kathrynblingliciousnesshacks I haven’t I tried again I tried soap and cold water didn’t work. I have stained underwear since I can’t get the stains out. I just wear them on my period or when it’s getting close. My tracker is accurate only within a couple days difference.I don’t want to ruin more underwear .

I think doggie bag thing should also work for when you want to take out your menstrual cup when you get done with your period 👍 good suggestion, Chloe! And YES! Peroxide gets blood out like nobody’s business. Don’t wet the area before the peroxide though, or it won’t work as well. Just spray the peroxide on directly, then try to wash it out.

@@ig3815 if it’s dried blood the spray the peroxides and work it into the stain 2 or 3 times. Then wash it out with a good detergent
@@davinki3005 I agree. I’ve tried it on a couple dried stains and if it’s not a really old stain it should work with a couple tries. If it’s a set-in stain that’s been through the washer and dryer already, it probably won’t work. Hope that makes sense lol 😂

I love this whole concept. However, you should try to find a spray bottle that is completely opaque (non-see through) for the hydrogen peroxide. Basically something similar to the original bottle only because hydrogen peroxide is light exposure sensitive and it’ll lessen its effectiveness as times goes on. But I definitely need to make one of these kits cause I stay getting caught lol.

The doggy bags idea is genius. Also those could work if by any chance the underwear is stained, just spray the peroxide and place the dirty underwear in the bag to wash it later.

even though i don’t have a cycle anymore, bc i’m on nexplanon, this doesn’t seem like a bad idea to still make one of these kits. i know some ladies can experience spotting or speratic periods while on birth control. will definitely been making one

Since then I have switched to a period cup. Which cuts my 14 day period (this is normal for me and my dr says everyone cycle is different) into half and it eliminates my cramps.
I just keep it in my tote bag. Along w medication wheel that Has every type of med I would need and My period belt.

I had a hysterectomy in 2015, so I haven't had a period in 7 yrs. I love Chloe so much, I'm still tuned in. 👀♥️
I've been doing period bags since I've started my period in the 90's. I keep it more simple but I usually have pads, liners, and individually packed wipes. Once you find the right pad size, you don't get it on your underwear but that takes trial and error to see what works for you.
I always wear the jumbo nighttime pads even during the day because they’re the only ones I don’t leak through, but I feel like a diaper baby 😂

Such a good video Chloe, especially for the ladies going back to school! My suggestion for those who want to carry a smaller period bag- pack 2 heavy flow pads, 2 regular and 2 super tampons. Also, a few pre wrapped feminine wipes & you’re good!

There’s also these flushable wipes called Wipe That Tush for the behind and they are great

I loved the idea of the doggy bags I rushed out and got some 😄. To my kit I also add a zip lock bag to put the messed up underwear in. I also keep a small duffle bag in my car to keep everything in, along with a Change of clothes just incase.
