Useful advice: make the dough very very soft
It should be a little sticky
After you knead the dough it develops gluten so becomes less stickier
Second advise:
Don't panic
I have made dough many and manyy times I used to think that my dough won't turn out right and it won't rise, and was always panicked
But one day I decided not to panic and overthink and that day my dough turned out PERFECTT
And now I don't even follow recipes I eyeball all the ingredients kind of make my own recipes

if it's not soft that does not mean it'll turn bad or
Won't rise that means it will not be as gud as it could've been
Secondly you can just
Add warm milk to it and knead it for 3-4 minutes it'll be perfect :)

Try putting the dough in the fridge for 24 hours. Slows the yeast down and keeps some sugar in the dough.
Most pizza restaurants use this method for a tastier dough/crust.

1 pack of yeast(2 1/4 tsp)
1/2 tbsp of sugar
2 cups of flour
1/2 tbsp of sugar
3/4 tsp of salt
Cook on 425 for 12-15 minutes

OK. This is the best recipe ever. This is my second time making it, and I finally found the key to the “cottonish “ pizza. Lol. Use bread flour! I followed this recipe almost exactly, but just replaced the all purpose flour with King Arthur bread flour and it was the absolute best. Reminds me of Dominoes or Papa John dough softness. Lol

No reason not to have a couple good recipes for when the cupboards are bare 😅. Shotgun Red has the mix ratio but it’s simply plain yogurt (not Greek) & self rise flour to make a shaggy dough. Add toppings. ~~Thanks again for your recipe.. it looks like a keeper 👌💯💯

You can make it into bread instead of pizza but It is amazing in both
Don't punch down pizza dough. Don't use sugar in the dry mix. Use a mixer so the gluten develops.

Use honey instead of sugar. Make fermented dough day prior makes a huge difference.

I'm not used to making pizza but the pizza dough has a similar recipe to the bread I'm making.. I preheat the oven just the lowest setting,fan off and then just preheat the oven less then 1 minute, put the dough in and let it sit for 10 minutes it will rise much quicker.
I Just made this for dinner and it's great! The dough is light and airy and easy to chew. And you can feel that it's a good recipe once you start kneading. It's real soft and agreeable with the elasticity and it felt like it was speaking to me like it was a happy little dough. Idk if that makes sense 😄😄 but it's a great recipe.
Not like the recipe my family used when I was a kid lol. It was a thick pizza dough recipe we had for many years. But I wasn't crazy about it because we had to keep kneading and kneading for like an hour and a half. And it wouldn't even cook evenly in the oven. And it took a good hour or so to cook. It's funny cause most people in my family are Wonderful cooks! But this particular pizza was a big challenge for us. I'm just so glad there's easier and faster ways to make pizzas.

Some advice:DON'T USE A METAL SPOON to make a yeast mixture,it destroys properties in the yeast that makes the doe more fluffy and rise better.
