+Rod Gau The video is shot using a 515. I have since switched to 315 and like it much better. 15-17 opening works the best. A 17 will give you more spattered texture, but is harder to control the thickness.

Can this be applied with a regular primer gun?
No. Viscosity is too high, and should not be thinned. Elastomerics are hard on equipment. The airless you see me using is a 2k cost machine.
Just curious: how smooth can you get when spraying duratex?
