Spencer currently has a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, making it her highest rated feature film where she played the lead role. Hopefully the positive critics reviews continue to trickle in.
It is as though Kristen is finally still, safe, at home in her skin. She may have found herself through experiencing Diana? She is magnetic as was Diana.

As a Chilean, I'm so proud of Pablo, and he can triumph abroad, in fact, it's his 2nd movie in Hollywood, after making the film Jackie. On Spencer, Kristen isn't going to disappoint anybody, so I wish she could get her desired Oscar.

Kristen will win everything the Globe, the Oscar, the SAG..she’s about to take all of them home. Her acting range was incredible since Twilight. Plus she’s such a humble human being.

well...this post didn't age well. She lost the Globe and wasn't even nominated by SAG. She got the Oscar nomination in the end, but I think she's a long shot at best.

Pablo Larrain is one of the more interesting directors working in Cinema today and I’ve always seen Kristen Stewart’s performances as committed. It is absolutely bewildering why Ms. Stewart has always flown under the radar so far.
Misogyny
Twilight has a lot to do with it. While it opened so many doors to her it also meant she took a few significant steps back and it was like she had to start from the beginning when it comes to proving herself. She was one of the most compelling young actresses coming up, and then she got cast in Twilight and everyone forgot. Good think she used the past decade wisely and kept choosing interesting projects and honing her craft. People are finally noticing. She didn't win an Oscar this time around, but she's finally officially a critically acclaimed actress, and I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I liked Kristen since Panic room. She is a good actress. And I will definitely see her as Lady Diana. Plus it would be amazing to see her win an Oscar………and not only.

Kristen is always beautiful. She looks like Diana and seems like is living again. She captures the role successfully again.
I don't see any resemblance. Stewart is MUCH shorter (like a foot...), no facial likeness and does a fake accent. And her acting so far has been laughed at for years...

I dismissed Twilight as fluff and never bothered. I happened on Underwater and was highly impressed when I saw Kristen Stewart! I'll definitely watch this and now her other work. Intelligent, talented and beautiful. I hope she has a long prosperous career!

The dialogue has just a little more than 7 minutes. Nicolò Comotti keeps talking until 02m 15s... Does he not understand that he is losing their (and our) attention? And that, perhaps, it would be logic - and really more interesting - to use 10 or 15 seconds and just... put a question? Anyway, thank you for the interview. Pablo and Kristen are the best.

I'm impressed. Most people in your position dont respond to criticism or get too worked up and go into offense mode. You're a class act. To me it really just seemed you had an emotional connection to the story. Sure an interviewer should remain maintain an unbiased demeanor and let the watcher make it's own impression but I find that disingenuous. I prefer to see an interview where the interviewer is a fan.
@@FredFilmRadio I felt that the interviewer was very articulate and posed an intelligent / interesting question for both of them, as opposed to the usual banality that interviewers often demonstrate.

Using Oscar buzz to promote this movie is not a good idea. If it is not well received then many will be disappointed and sad. Just present the movie and let it speak for its self.

Underwater and JT Leroy are no mess, as for all these other movies she did since 2016 even if not the best- she was great in all of them,

Wow Kristen Stewart sounds much more mature. playing at the part of Diana probably allowed her also to mature all the more because of all the discipline and characteristics that she had to learn from a royal such as Diana. she is really being blessed by God and able to move forward in her life. she looks smart enough to carry this with her where it will bring her more gross and promotion and probably even allow her to be more of a better person. I'm very proud of her.

Why? The interviewer only asked one question for her. She answered it the best she could. If any is at fault, it's the interviewer.
This interviewer spoke wayyyyy tooo long at the beginning - so annoying when interviewers do this. We aren't interested in their comments and opinions. Just make a quick intro and let your guests speak!

I really appreciate their passion but I am not going to see the film on that TRAILER alone - films are SO EXPENSIVE these days and so OFTEN DISSAPPOINTING - that, this trailer is just not enough to persuade me to part with what will be essentially with travel for the two us $50 - NO WAY- no MFNGWAY. Engergy bills rising, fuel costs, lack of food. NOPE. They just gave Daniel Craig £70 MILLION I KID YOU NOT for his next project....sorry - if youre giving rich actors that much money I am not paying you extortionate fees for cinema. This movie is coming at a time after HM Queen Elizabeth lost her beloved husband? She is getting ready for the Jubilee next year? This makes me disgusted beyond words. I loved Diana but this is beyond. Sick to my stomach. Kristen was full of word salad in a terrible American accent. My heart goes out to Queen Elizabeth II. I'm American and love my country but my heart goes out to the Queen.
