Hello sir. I have a big problem right here. My Forerunner 955 automatically updated to 16.17 and when I'm running it shows me bad readings like I'm running slow and lower bpm like 140-150 If I actually run at 180+. I don't know how to downgrade my actual update to my factory one. Please reply to me If you can help.

As far as I know I don't think you can roll back to a prior software version. This is why I don't have automatic updates on as sometimes I find the updates actually make things worse or can be buggy. I would recommend giving Garmin customer service a call. Chances are if it is really an issue with the update then you are not the only customer having problems and maybe they will have a solution for you.
