Historic Old Town City Walk | Daytime | Palma | S'Olivera de Cort | Mallorca | 4K 2024

This lovely daytime Sunday walk in the center historic old town of Palma.
Palma has been declared the best place to live in the world. This recognition by the UK ‘Sunday Times’ highlights its inernational appeal. '
This place is indeed amazing.
The city has history, nightlife, and stunning nearby beaches and calas (coves).
Route: We start at the park, 'Creu de terne', and then walk up Carrer de Santa Fe. The next street is Carrer de Sant Alonso. We continue on Carrer de la Puresa, then Carrer d'En Morei. This part of the city is less crowded, and the streets are very narrow and quiet.
We then enter the lively part of the Old Town at Placa de Santa Eulalia, where there is a beautiful church (Santa Eulàlia de Ciutat de Mallorca).
The walk continues on Carrer de la Cadena, and then we walk through Placa de Cort, where there is a known ancient Olive tree (S'Olivera de Cort) that was used for the thumbnail of this video.
We continue on the bustling walking street Carrer de Jaume II. We continue on this street and walk through Plaça del Marcues del Palmer and Plaça Major.
Then we walk on the walking street with a different vibe and red bricks on the sidewalk called Ccarrer de Sant Miquel.
The we conclude this most excellent walk at the beautiful Basílica de Sant Miquel de Palma.
