Detroit Red is a visual representation that shows Factz in a full depiction of Malcolm X in his days as a Harlem street hustler. Inspired by the legendary Spike Lee joint starring Denzel Washington, Malcolm X, Detroit Red is an impressive body of work. Directed under the full guise of Nadia Tayeh.

Damn bruh!! The perspective that you emote into Malcolm's story is transcendent and intense. This is truly original. I can't think of too many artists who have done it like this Mickey. The film director performed supremely in synthesizing the imagery with your lyrics. Especially those last few bars regarding the reasons for incarceration. You truly got in character here. Told the real story about a revolutionary prior to his transformation. This is what art is all about. And yet still, it preserves an intimacy with the contemporary street hustler. If there was one way to install Black History to the hearts and minds of the youth, this would be the outlet....and this would be the standard! (applauds)
