I am watching cookery shows since I was child and on TH-cam from about last 10 years. I always use to wonder why everyone put everything on the chicken/mutton and then mix awkwardly. Why not mix all the marination first and then add the chicken or mutton? You are the first one I have seen doing. No even big celebrity chefs do like this. Great!!!
