I'm really surprised the price is that low. The fact that it's bronze, combined with champ levee enamel work, I'd have guessed closer to 5000$.
Champleve from this period is not all that valuable in my experience. There is a lot of it out there. It's not cheap, but not usually crazy expensive either.

I saw a bronze duck for $99.99 at a secondhand thrift store. Is that a good price. I thought it was too high. It has been there for several months.
It's worth whatever someone's willing to pay. If there's people willing to fork over 5k then that's the price, but if the product isn't rare enough then it's going to be lower. $1k to 1.5k seems realistic to me.
