God it is weird seeing them in all white. At least when the clone wars was going on the markings and shades of color made everyone looks unique it’s wasn’t just the shape. However between the ARC troopers and the republic commandos, those are my two favorite. Then there’s most of the clone wars era mandalorian armor. I just can’t get over the visors

Unpopular opinion, but as someone who grew up watching Dave Filoni's Clone Wars, Phase I is peak.
Fordo had the barc trooper helmet, so I'm going with that.

Ok wasn’t expecting the ending but yeah commando armor is both hands down the coolest looking and most effective armor but between the other troopers scout trooper is my personal favorite but the protection phase 3 armor(stormtrooper) provides can’t be overlooked

The 21st Nova Corps (Galactic Marines) is damn cool if you ask me, and in the top three, the best one being the clone command armor (Not only by how it looks, but it's also just overall better than the other options) and the second best being the modified armor made from Captain Rex, took the best of the 2 worlds, mobility and comfort from Phase II combined with survivability and protection of Phase I

ARF troopers are the unsung heroes of the republic. They had to soften up hard targets and without their recon and near suicide missions, more clone would’ve died

Empire Scout armor is pretty awesome. But CLONE Scout armor? That visor is up way to high. No right to ask the Stormtrooper if he can see out of his bucket, your helmet is too tall for your head!
Also BARC Trooper and Paratrooper Helmets are the best.
I really do love the commander neyo style helmet. It really is the perfect blend of the iconic standard phase 2 helmet with that little extra bit of bad ass sprinkled in.

All phase 2 troopers are amazing. Phase 1 is iconic and all, but phase 2 looks so much better, but we can all agree that Rex actually has the best clone armor

Just here to casually mention that 2 ARF Troopers are in this video, The Scout Trooper and AT-RT Driver. It's canon, and incredibly confusing.
That's because Canon is messed up. AT-RT drivers are scouts too but they have a different title.

The Clone Scout Troopers are what makes it really strange. But ARFs were also scouts, and weren't always on AR-RTs, so... *AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHH!*

@@MarsiB013 Yeah, that's my point, so the AT-RT Driver would make sense as Phase II, as it's very similar in appearance. It's just the Clone Scout Troopers, obvious predecessors to *Imperial* Scout Troopers, that make it confusing.
I personally don't really think it's a *bad* choice in Canon, it's just such a mind fuck.
That means that there's three (Technically four, if you count Imperial Scout Troopers.) variations of ARF Trooper armor. And two of them are both Phase II, but are drastically different in appearance. That's what makes it confusing, you hop to one Canon page, are like "Okay, that's a Clone Scout Trooper. But it says it's an ARF Trooper? I didn't know that!", but then you hop to another one, and you're like "That's an AT-RT Driver..."

@@luwucian4497The canon explanation is, the P1 armor was heavy and restricted the clone’s movement, but it was strong. They switched to the P2 armor because it was lighter, more comfortable and allowed more free movement, but at the cost of not being as durable as the P1 armor

Phase 1 arc troopers have the coolest armour simply because of the range finders and skirts and phase 1 is better visually not to mention they have the best gunship in the grand army of the republic

I don't remember where i saw it but i found art of Airborne Trooper that had extra armor plating and tons of tactical pouches and pockets as well as jetpacks, shit looked cool as hell.
I’ve always had a soft spot for the atrt driver helmets, so badasss, I honestly think that helmet could carry over to the Empire’s aesthetics
