when you p rank every level in the game you are so familiar with Ultrakill that you can easily comprehend everything that this guy is doing, because in cybergrind you don't think about what the enemies are doing you are just employing maximum level evasive maneuvers to not get hit while barely processing what the enemies are doing. Overall this guy's pretty good and has clearly grinded the cyber far too much.
