- I made this video for learning purpose only so that people can learn how to change oil cooler in vista Qudrajet, Swift vdi, Punto diesel, Ritz diesel, breeza diesel, ciaz diesel. All these cars have same engine 1.3L Qudrajet.

Brother same problem hua tata zest Kam hua hai oil cooler change radiator saaf hua but Mobil aa raha hea radiator tank pe. Tumhara Aisa Pani dal dalke saf hua pura abhi saaf hea?
Yes bro, mine car radiator has no more oil. I was kept pouring water atleast 20-25 days. Then it got clear.
Suggestion:- keep on pouring water early morning before starting the engine until it gets clear.

2500 se jyada laga hoga, engine oil bhi dala hoga and paani ki jagah coolant dalenge to uska 500 aur
Coolant 4-5 days ke baad add karna hai . Taaki coolant system se all oil clear ho jaye. Aur video ki end mein bataiya giya hai kise clear karna hai. Maine engine oil nahi dalwaiya tha kyu ki jis din problem hoi thi same day mujhe pata chal giya tha. Is liye jaida oil leak nahi hua tha. Mera total cost 2500 tha
After few days, coolant bhi dalwaiya tha 500 ka.

Oil cooler ki membrane leak hone ke karan yeh issue hota hai.

If oil is coming in the coolant bottle or chamber then the oil cooler is leaking. If no engine oil mixing into coolant then oil cooler is okay.

No mixing of coolant in engine oil,
Engine oil is black & no gas blowby in aux bottle of coolant
looks Head gasket problem as coolant is mixing with Engine Oil.
No head gasket problem.
It was oil cooler problem. As oil and coolant pass together from oil cooler from two different seperate walls. Sometimes rust and thick coolant get stuck in cooler's mesh and because of high temperature and pressure this oil cooler wall gets hole between two walls. That is the reason for mixing engine oil into coolant. After replacing it my car's problem has been solved , and there is no more mixing. ( Head gasket can be a reason but it was not the case in my car)

Actually I am from Chandigarh and I don't know any mechanic in Hyderabad. If oil cooler is leaked in ur car than change the oil cooler only rather than whole assembly. The cost will come automatically under ur budget. Find some spare part shop and ask for oil cooler not the whole assembly even u can get suggestion from the mechanic.

Radiator water minerals and coolant stuck in the oil cooler and because of it radiator water do not circulate through it. So due to engine heat and pressure it gets leak or hole in the wall of oil cooler.
