Steel Wing/Fire Blast Ho-Oh Duo Raid, Rain Weather, Mega Rayquaza Only, Neutral Damage Only

Ho-Oh has returned to Legendary Raid at the end of June in Season: Shared Skies.
Ho-Oh is a Fire/Flying type Pokemon, which is weak against Water/Electric type and double weak to Rock-type moves. As a raid boss, Ho-Oh has 200 attack and 204 defense. Ho-Oh learns Hidden Power/Extrasensory/Incinerate/Steel Wing as fast moves and Fire Blast/Brave Bird/Solarbeam as charged moves.
Ho-Oh has a relatively high defense stats, however, its double weakness makes it vunlerable to Rock-type moves. At Lv40, Rampardos, Rhyperior, Tyrantrum, Gigalith, Aurorus, Tyranitar, Aggron, Aerodactyl, Golem and Lycanroc - Midday are the non-shadow/non-legendary/non-mega evolved Pokemon capable to defeat Ho-Oh as Duo Raid without weatherboost.
For Mega Evolution, Mega Diancie, Mega Tyranitar, Mega Aerodactyl, Primal Kyogre, Mega Aggron, Mega Rayquaza, Mega Ampharos, Mega Swampert, Mega Blastoise, Mega Gyarados and Mega Manectric can also defeated Ho-Oh as Duo Raid without weatherboost.
It shouldn't be surprising that Mega Rayquaza is once again potent enough to Duo Raid the legendary raid boss. This time, Mega Rayquaza is challenging Steel Wing/Fire Blast Ho-Oh as a Duo Raid without weather boost. While Mega Rayquaza's Ancient Power is double effective against Ho-Oh, it would continue using Dragon Ascent this time.
Since Fire Blast is a 1-bar move, Mega Rayquaza would prefer to dodge it. With dodging Fire Blast, Mega Rayquaza can survive for nearly 100 seconds. Even with some server desyncs happened in the raid, it would still only need to heal thrice in order to defeat Ho-Oh. Overall, it is a very straightforward Duo Raid with comfortable margin for network errors.
