NF and Tech really blended their individual styles together for this track, and you can tell because they use a lot of same techniques in their individual sections. Tech is a master of his craft and has one of, if not, the best vocabularies in the rap game. I’ve been a fan of his for almost 20 years so it was awesome to see him come together with NF on this track. It’s one of my favorite songs, with two of my favorite artists. You should definitely check out more of Tech’s work. He kept it clean in this track out of respect for Nate, but he doesn’t always do that. Tech has also done songs with Em and a bunch of the other quickest spitters out there. He’s an absolute legend in the Midwest and still going strong. He’s also incredibly smart and has multiple businesses built around his rap career. I have a huge amount of respect for both him and NF. I look forward to seeing you react to more of him!

    I thoroughly enjoy watching you.
I’m a 32-year-old dad of three. Both of my grandpas are Baptist preachers and my parents met at Bible College. In high school I had to sneak to listen to R&B. Snoop and Luda were some smooth and poppy segues into the rap world for me.
When I was 19 and working in a corporate office, it was clear that most people do not think the same way as I did with my sheltered upbringing. In my quest to be able to relate and understand people, I decided to pick a few polarizing figures that I considered extreme and learn about them. The idea was that if I could understand how we both started out so similarly but they became who they are and it’s so different from the way I became, then I could do a better job of understanding my peers. So I read three Eminem biographies and listened to a bunch of Marilyn Manson interviews. So my transition into this wonderful world of rap was not all that different from yours in some ways.
Now that some of your walls are coming down, if you liked Tech N9ne‘s flow on this song then you would love to hear the flow switches and different styles on “Am I A Psycho by Tech N9ne featuring Hopsin and B.o.B.

This is great. The quick changes in cadence is why I love rappers like tech N9ne, Eminem, Joyner Lucas along with countless others. The way they can switch it up with the speed along with the way their lyrics can be interpreted in so many ways, it’s amazing. Love this. Tech n9ne is one of fastest rappers out there that can play with words like Eminem can.

It's so great seeing you enjoy this faster style of rap 😃 I always think about how the artist sat there with a blank piece of paper and wrote all this. It's essentially really just a "modern fusion" of poetry and music 😆 Pausing and rewinding to catch all the bars always gives me that feeling of poetry analysis like back in the school days 😂 Great stuff 👌🏽

Tech has his own record label he started in 2000 its called "Strange Music" he is the largest selling independent rapper in the world. He has done songs with almost every rapper there is and metal artist like corey tayler, serj and more has songs with tupac, eminem and alot more he even has a song with "the doors" who he named his record label after they had 2 songs with the word STRANGE in the title. He raps fast but not always he uses his cadence like a drummer but u can understand every word hes so precise and deliberate hes incredible he also has songs with great purpose and meaning like "what if it was me" amazing song. Him and krizz kaliko built an empire. Tech is the best live concert ever! I luv his songs with jelly roll "efu" and creature. Do urself a favor and check tech out. Nicest dude and super humble even tho he is one of the 🐐's of all time.

Duuuude I'm so jealous - you saw Tech live?!? Wow what an experience that must have been...I've seen NF live and it was - no question - the best concert I've ever been to in my life, but I'm sure Tech was flat out amazing as well. NF has his own label now too (NFrealmusicLLC) but for now Capitol CMG - who he was signed with before - owns the distribution rights and they are under the UMG giant parent company umbrella. I think after he drops album five he should have enough money to start being truly independent. I mean, Tommee Profitt has his own studio at his house and they both live in Nashville so I don't think it would be too much of a stretch if they just broke out on their own, but together, if that makes sense
