Knowing how much work and time and energy went into every literal second of the music video gives me a much greater appreciation for it. I also love the fact that you didn't complain one time as you were going through your process and how much went into it. You really are passionate and dedicated to what you love doing, Naomi, and I have so much admiration and respect for you because of that. From one artist to another. 😊 I cannot wait for Timescape to finally drop next year! Thank you for sharing this video with us!
@@NaomiSV Of course! Hahahaha that is true! That's probably true for most of the things artists do… 😋 And I can't wait to hear it! 2025 will be off to a great start because of that!
NoomieTron - a painstaking sub type of cutout animation originating in the mid 20's wherein the subject being animated does all of the work themselves on a shoestring budget, preferably with second-hand materials from a liquor store. Like the Oulipo movement in literature, NoomieTron inspires creativity by placing constraints on the artist sometimes bordering on masochism. The length of hair follicle growth over the course of the production is a point of pride for practitioners.
Wow, wow, wow! Had no idea. This makes your final result even more impressive. Mind blowing creative genius at work. There's no stopping the Naomi juggernaut as the world continues to benefit. Thanks for sharing.
I am a full time professional photographer since the 90s. Your talent and creativity never fail to amaze me. You are truly multi talented! Keep up the good work! Take care! Can’t wait to see you next production.😂
_"..unless you value your time, which I don't.."_ Yes, I'm totally like this. I'd prefer to collect firewood for an hour instead of buying a bag of blocks in the shop, and afterwards I'm warm after the exercise so I don't need to light the fire anyway.
Haha! I have this delusion that I can do anything I set my mind to, even (and especially) when it’s completely outside my skill set, which often ends up with me giving up after many unsuccessful attempts and caving in to spend the money to make my life simpler.
I actually thought it was a technique from a digital program not physically cutting out thousands of pictures, thats just bonkers and dedication 😮 well done Naomi on another great video as well as another great song. Much love to you from England ❤️🤍💙
I love everything about you Naomi. You’re an inspiration! I have to keep pushing myself to achieve more. On another note, I can’t imagine the pain of cutting frames if it’s 24p
Wow, very interesting video. Also just wanted to say I really like your facial expressions, and the way you use them to emphesize what you mean. For example, the look to the side at 0:04, or the just in general the way you moved you head at the 2:58 section of the video.
Hi naomi, 2, 267 paper cutouts I know what you can do with them, You make a brilliant 👏 video from them, The time and effort you put into your videos is amazing and the end result is fantastic. Give yourself a pat on the back. Best wishes to you, And have a lovely Christmas 🎄 from Roy in England 😊.
Wow! I listened to the song on my phone and didn’t really pay much attention to the video, but it turns out there’s such an incredible amount of work behind it. Shame on me. Time to fix that- watching it on my smart TV in the best quality!
@ My heroes of music have always been Vangelis and Jean-Micheal Jarre. Now you. Thank you. Your voice is unique and grabs one’s attention to listen carefully.
Seeing your face light up when you talk about your accomplishment and the joy you obtained is inspiring. You deserve that 110%! Thank you for sharing!
Humility be damned, I’m proud of what I made! 😄
Your commitment is beyond praiseworthy! Rest assured that all your efforts were worth it. "In The Morning" is an outstanding video and song.
Thank you!
Truly creative and wonderful. You are a treasure!
Love everything about this, look forward to the album release. The first two tastes have set the expectations very high.
Thanks, hope it meets the expectations!

Rough and textured to match the earthy feel ... all that work ... plus the important part ... Naomi and that voice.

Great work!

Naomi, I believe the animation style you used is known as cutout stop-motion animation.
Это звучит как *необахианство* 70-х.
