Thank you so much sir for this kind of explanation, you are great sir🙏 in single video you cleared my many doubts....keep uploading videos sir....thank you once again
I suggest to go with all videos of playlist "Meshing in Hypermesh" on my channel "SimTech05". Lots of conceptual things you will learn. th-cam.com/play/PLdXwpuOm8L9pq6LkUcVba_rjf56px29Hj.html
Wonderful video for beginners! I have a question related to meshing. What happens if there are multiple meshes for the same surface. Let's say, there are 10 quads on a surface. I create another set of exactly same elements (maybe by using reflect option), then how does it impact the simulation? And how to delete only one layer of elements? Is it possible?
Dear, By default hypermesh remesh existing mesh...but somehow if duplicate element generates it will give you twich the stiffness value which is wrong.. in many cases simulation will be aborted.
Thank you for the video. I have a question regarding the splitting. When I split a surface for meshing, and I applied load of 30N on the surface, the load was not being transferred to the other part because of the split. So when we split a surface for meshing, do we have to unsplit it for the analysis (after meshing)?
Dear, If split surfaces are connected (green line) then the elements and node s also connected and load will be transfer without issue. If they are not connected (red line) then load will not transfer.
Dear, Yes we can remove certain points of geometry, even we can add. Yes this will dramatically disturb the mesh. As at each point there must be a element's node..so modification in points will modify the mesh.
@@arsitech-ltd But sir when I try it it rejects my operation and leaves a message topological points can't be deleted. And when i selected in delete panel it selects(says 252 points selected) but when i hit delete entity it is leaves a message as no entities selected.
Brilliant stuff, Slow and Clear Explanation!

Thanks for appreciating my work.
Please go through playlist. You will get many helpful videos.
The way you explained the topic was fantastic. I am able to grasp the basic concepts and functions now.
Thank you So much Sir ❤️
Most welcome dear.
Thankyou so much sir, it was very informative, I am currently pursuing hyperworks and then solvers abaqus and optistruct
Always welcome sai, I uploaded more video on meshing in Hypermesh, Abaqus & others. You may have look in playlist.
@@arsitech-ltd sir can I get your WhatsApp contact

Thanks for appreciation.
Very clear
Why do we have non connected elements? Also when do we get non connected element?
Great content by the way. Thanks a lot.
Dear, unconnected element may appear due to unconnected edges or if u use break connectivity option.

Welcome dear.
Actually problem is related with given quality parameters, its shows failing in minimum element length, aspect ratio..
Dear,
Go with quality check video of Hypermesh playlist. You will get better idea of element quality.
Thanks a lot sir

Dear,
Points can be delete...but not always possible. There are limitations....
Like
Point which is at cornor of edge can't be delete.

Whats shortcut key for translate option?
I'm not able to hear properly
Dear,
It is Shift + F4 key
