- Make a delicious spicy Paneer Hyderabadi easily. A mouth watering paneer recipe taken from a road side dhaba. I just loved it and thought to share the same with you all. Believe me, its really delicious and tastes wonderful. Try it once and share your feedback.
Ingredients:
Paneer - 150 Gm
Malai/fresh cream - 2 Tsp
Curd - 2 Tsp
Palak ke patte - 10-12
Hara Dhaniya - 1 Cup
Hari Mirch - 3-4
Tomato - 2 Medium
Adrak - 2 Inch
Onion - 1 Medium
Lehsun - 4-6
Chhoti Ilaichi - 3 No.
Badi Ilaichi - 1 No.
Daal Chini - 1 Inch
Tej Patta - 2 No.
Laung - 4-6 NO.
Jeera Powder - 1 Tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 Tsp
Haldi - ½ Tsp
Lal Mirch Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - ½ Tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste

Ohh. This turned out fabulous. I usually never get the green colour right with paneer, but as soon as you grind this, the color and aroma is amazing. It's as good as the restaurant. I didn't have cream, so I used full cream milk. It tasted fantastic. Thanks so much. Loved it! So did all the folks at home.
