I think ur ref is from indonesia, pasir malang ( volcanic sands from a mountain in Malang - EAST JAVA, INDONESIA ), daun bambu ( bamboo leaf ) is Indonesian language too :) but over all, i use those mix too for my aglaonema, it works... burnt rice husk + rice husk fermented with em4 + cocopeat fermented with em4 + volcanic sands + dried bamboo leaf fermented with em4 & dolomite sand, is my mix :) happy planting

I use these ingredients almost all, but dry leaves i have not yet used, use only leaf compost. Will try to add dry leaf. Also use pumice, perlite coco husk chips (that is why use less quantity coco peat) , charcoal, LECA.

U say accidentally u mix them. So it not harmful if u accidently mix them. Pls note. But u can remove them any time if u can separate them from potting mix.
@@DoorStepGarden My potting mix contains vermicast with small vermiworms which sometimes I don't remove. I potted 10 aglaonemas 6 months ago, and now 5 pots are experiencing root rot, when I checked the pot, the worms grew big inside the pot. Do you think the worms are the reason of the root rot?

You can use bone meal instead of horn dust
Soil do not use. If you not have rice husk then can use balance media

Furadan and Antracol are not compulsory. You can skip these items.

Hi, are vermi worms harmful for the Aglaonema roots? Sometimes I mixed the worms in the pot by accident.
Worms is the friend of farmers. They are not harm. They increase the fertility power of soil.

No...worms is not responsible for root rot. I m sure.
You should avoid using your bare hands in mixing the media if you include insecticide & fungicide for your health & safety.

Mixing leaf mold and compost is not a good idea.. leaf mold is cool in nature and compost is hot in nature ..
