Does anyone know if she ever spoke english in any interviews? A very high percentage of the population of Sweden can speak english, and a decent percentage (around 16%) of their population speak english as their primary language, so there’s a good chance she grew up learning at least some english.

Im sure she could speak english in person, but the interviews were mostly in Norwegian og Swedish, at least the interviews I access.

Interesting. Can Norwegians and swedes fully understand each other? Nilsson said "rolig" which means "funny" in Swedish, but "calm" in Norwegian

Yes. Norway and Sweden are neighbouring countries, and Norwegian and Swedish are very much alike even tho its two different languages.

Ikke bare Pippi, men hele Astrid Lindgren universet er høyt verdsatt i Norge, vi på saltkråkan, Emil i Lønneberge, Ronja Røverdatter mm.
