And I was pretty sorry that the audience didn't pay them back for the energy , hopefully I'll see them again in the Czech Republic.
I latched onto them earlier this year when someone dropped 'Fit For Work' in a chat. This recording of "Hero" will likely be the definitive version for me for all time. Only really caught onto it and parsed it after maybe 20 listens of this set and had this rather intense upwelling of painful parallels from my past - only really good music can do that.
Yes it gives band an extra element. Always thought that in the 70s with Roxy Music and Bowie using a sax. Then when punk came a few years later you would have bands like Xray-Spex with a wailing sax.
As it happen's I only got their Roundhouse album a few days ago. Yes a pity she went so early. Never saw them live. keep up the great work It's terrific that you get and see and personally know these artists and can pass on to us so that we can track.
The truth is probably even worse, as the people making those decisions, and putting those ticks on those forms probably envisaged their job to be one of helping people less fortunate than themselves, but have been co-opted into making decisions designed to be cruel and demoralising for all involved. The bosses can afford to get whatever help they need to avoid those bulging veins.
A highly musical entity with a very significant magnitude of edificatious heft. Very strong digging.

Yeah. They got a bit slowed down by Covid and name change and lineup etc but they were always worthy of note.

Loved Laura Logic on Sax. I was friends with Poly, later, when she was the Krishna devotee Maharani. She lived down the road from me.

Yes. There was a pre-existing band with the same name, so they took on a new one. Also a change of line up, though the core members are the same.
