Great work on this. I just wanted to point out one verbal technique that Rap Demon uses throughout this track. It allows him to implement all the techniques you mentioned. He uses a free verse technique to great effect. Free Verse is used in poetry where the structure of a poem is disregarded in favor for a free-flowing recitation. It works wonders when done right, but is very hard to pull off. To do so while rapping (which includes a beat) while not missing anything is the work of a phenom. The only other rapper I've seen do this consistently well is MF DOOM. It allows him to create intricate rhymes and tell great stories.
Contrast this to rappers like Muhfaad, Kr$na (and Eminem). They are all masters of playing with the structure of a line(s) or verse to create very technically complex rhymes. But instead of the free-flowing style of Doom or Gauntlet 2.0 what we get is a very tightly packed verse (check Dre's verse on Forgot About Dre. for a perfect example). This style is more common because it is more natural to pull off (and stays on the beat).
