The first leader will be given to you near the very beginning. It’s RNG as to who your choices are. After that you can get more leaders through the GRID or through collecting sigils. You can quickly unlock all the leaders, maybe around 1-2 weeks tops!

For PvP honor you can stack multiple leaders from one family. It's the guild point contribution that counts only highest leader per family.

What do you mean when you say you're not gonna lose anything if you get the freebies only every 24 hours? Don't they reset every 3-4 hours?
The free claim doesn’t reset apparently it culminates for 24 hours

No you’ll just get a larger amount of experience for the 1 character!
