It's quiet, less people, lot of nature...
I love living in here✨
Where I live is located in Kagoshima prefecture
and it's on Amami gunto island.
I think here ocean is beautiful than any other place in the world, it's because this island is made from coral and also there are no mountain so no mud when it rain.
That's the reason why the water is so clear!

In fact, Amami is about the same size as the town I live in (look up Kailua, Oahu). I really like your lessons. I am beginning to learn Japanese. Would like to know more about any special customs or language on your island as compared to Okinawa and mainland Japan. I have spent a lot of time in Aomori-ken, so a little bit familiar how special/different that area & Tsugaru-ben are from “standard Japan”... Ganburemashoukane ❣️
