    soooo refreshing to see someone successful (in nyc without debt having kids in private school) who has obviously been smart with their money but also buys luxury in moderation on youtube. finally found my person

    So so good! Definitely need to change my mind set. I like the idea of percent instead of a set amount. I’m going to start right away! This is really good! I agree with general info instead of specific. People are just nosy lol. Great video as always!!!!

      Oh and I’m laughing at the “people are just nosy” comment because I understand as I’m pretty nosy too! 😂 But I agree, keeping it general will be much more helpful for everyone! 😉

    I totally understand the scarcity mindset especially growing up in an immigrant household. I really appreciate your videos on personal finance. Thank you for sharing. ❤

    Thank you very much for creating a healthy TH-cam channel and community, emphasizing on the importance of having everything balanced instead of going to the extremes (live life by purchasing only the needs and never the wants, or indulge in the finest without saving any). I feel like I am listening to a friendly big sister guiding me through life and sharing her life experiences and nice things each time I watch your videos. Much appreciated for that, especially for a late-20s person like me who is learning to juggle the finances and all.

    I’m so glad this video autoplayed after your Chanel keeping it video. I opened a savings account (with the Apple Card believe it or not!) and it’s managed by Goldman Sachs. It’s a 4.15% APY and I’m very happy about it 😂

    I was there for luxury goods but I love money and very into savongs since 10 years. Yes any videos about finance will be great, cannot wait to have your perspective. The financial edication is crucial for me, about any kid’s stage we have to teach what kind of knowledge according to their age. Also which stock do you buy? I know you want to be cautious but by curiosity I like to compare which stock you invest in and how (by #stocks or by amount of money, etc). How you decide that money goes into that stock that day. Thank you it will be so helpful for a lot of people, you explain things and concepts so well💐🥰 Happy Mother’s Day for this coming Sunday!!❤

    I can understand your reticence in providing actual amount invested in different areas, but maybe something about percentages in each category and how this relates to your risk appetite would be interesting. Thanks Hanna!

    I’ve been contemplating setting up a high yield savings account but have been wary of being unable to go to a brick and mortar establishment. Hearing your point of view was encouraging, and I appreciate knowing the banks you do business with.
    Thank you for putting out financial education content on your channel too!

    This was great info. I'm completely new to this, other than contributing to my retirement plan through work, but I've always felt I needed to do more. This is great starter info.

    Thank you for this video. Yes i want to be that kind of person too, shop moderately in luxury and also have a well taken care financial situation. Not those crazy hauls after hauls of luxury stuff which am not sure how sustainable that is. We are all human down to earth. When i bought my first luxury handbag, i told myself that. I am also not going to be hard on myself to abstain from this enjoyment but would rather have it in a modest way which i am happy with. Yes saving is really important and even more so in this kind of environment and i am glad that i did it when i am young too 😍Love your plants. Looks very healthy and you are so patience to wipe it down one by one. 🤩Yes love to watch more on finances as well. General finance topics would be good. I do not think the so detail one is helpful because everyone has a different capability and in different financial situation and also to protect your privacy. For the rest, General ones, Bring it on.

    I am not exactly a beginner but genuinely curious about your approach. Also, here to give you views to support your money management series (you said there are many requests but not a lot of views. Haha.) I love how you are just wiping down your plant friends (and with names - so cute) - this format of chit-chat would work well with an IG Live!

      Aww so many… I can’t even keep track 😂 but my favorites are the Birds of Paradise, the Rubber plant, Fiddle Leaf plant… lots of succulents and we also have several snake plants and aloe plants! 🌱

    Keeping it general and not sharing the specifics are good for your personal security and safety as well. I work in cybersecurity so I am strongly against sharing anything too detailed or personal online in terms of finances. I can be a bit too paranoid though.

    Do you consider 529, HSA and 401k type of contributions ‘savings’? I have them in my savings bucket. Also, I want to open credit cards for my little ones to help them with their credit history, too. Do you know which cards allow it for the really young kids? Thanks! I love this type of content!

    • @hellocatwalkcity
      @hellocatwalkcity  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely, that’s all included in the savings category for me too! The high yield savings acct is just for liquid/highly accessible funds specifically! 😊

    What we need to know are those "getting started steps" and what does that look like and the typical natural financial growth and peace that happens if we follow through.(Yeah, we don't need to know your finances because it's apples and oranges.)
