I remember discovering the game in 2018 and when I'd try to join the fandom, they'd be accepting and shit but there always were a few people like "Lmaooo you discovered Undertale only just now?! You're so late, this thing came out in 2015!" and now, 7 years after the game came out, the fans are still active. Seems like this game refuses to die and even though I've gone long over the phase where I was absolutely obsessed with it, I'm still happy about it. It's a good game, it made my childhood and I'm glad that a big part of my cringy middle school phase got to be based on it. I still go apeshit when I see a reference of it.
