That tank's called the RUNE Zhaba. Figured that information might be useful for those who want to buy one.
That vehicle at the start of the video is a Russian atv Sherp, and legit go anywhere and is pretty solid. Expensive though... think at is about $80,000-130,000 in north America at the moment.

And the hub caps can be filled with fuel for long range adventures

Fun fact about the jesus tank; It's based on a real vehicle called "SHERP ATV". While it can't eat rockets like they're nothing, it can float, and it has a bunch of other crazy abilities too, like just casually climbing out of the water, onto ice sheets.
