Edit: okay so youtube won't let me put the quality any higher and I found that if you watch it on a smaller screen (ex. phone) it'll look normal. Sorry for the gross quality on the big screen :')
If you sent it through a gmail or something from another device to where you uploaded it, that causes the quality to die but it looks fine in files, so that could be your problem?
