How-To-DIY Jack and Level a Patio

Using rigid foam insulation board, (the kind they use under new poured concrete slabs, available at any home center) and 4 car jacks, we jacked up the broken half (24'x8') of the concrete patio, to bring it in plane with the rest of the patio. We then slid the foam underneath to shore it up. An easy, cheap fix!
