    I wouldn’t say that i have a top 5 scariest, but I do have 1 scariest.
'Rage' is the only Stephen King book that ever scared me. I was worried that I would have a dream of Charlie Decker taking over the classroom that I was stuck in.
Fortunately, no such dream ever happened. I've still never had any experience like that with any other Stephen King book before or after. That's called "impact".

I love Revival! It doesn't get enough attention and i think it's one of King's best as far as his 'horror' stories. You make me want to re read it too lol! I know I'm in the minority but I didn't think IT was that scary. I liked it, and I read it when i was like 18 or 19. I found it a little silly and way too long. Jerusalem's Lot is still my favorite scariest short story by him.

Cujo is the scariest for me….definitely Revival ranks up there…love that one, I need to read it again too…I read Under The Dome this year and that one to me is scarier than The Stand or It…although It is on my scariest list as well…and totally agree on Pet Sematary…brilliant…

Great list, Zack! But I respectively disagree, for me The Green Mile was King's saddest book. I sobbed at the end😭

I will agree, the Green Mile movie hits a lot of feels and even had me crying. The book was great, it’s in my top 10 king books of all time, but I just thought 11/22/63 was just a bit more emotional to me.
But I do agree that Green Mile would be #2 for me!

Revival definitely left me with a stomach ache and a load of existential dread to chew on, so I think that might be the scariest for me. I also think Apt Pupil is up there for completely unrelated reasons… whereas with Revival the terror comes from the unknown, Apt Pupil shows what horror looks like in every day people. Both two of my favorites from King!
