I would like your accent (like ETHAN), I dunno what accent you use, cuz I have some bit of difficult to understand your accent
And then which english you speak. ( British, American, Australian, etc...) I wanna know your accent cuz i love your accent but I have some bit of difficult to understand your accent .

TIFFANI IS ONE OF THE BEST TEACHER IN THE WORLD. HER GOAL IS ENORMOUS THAT SHE WANT TO HELP 1 BILLION STUDENTS SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
You can make a thousands hours of listening, reading, and even wiriting, but if you dont start speaking, you wont progress and stuck in the one point, thats the truth. Speaking is everything in the communication process and I found out that when I was abroad. Some months ago I decided to buy a 2 years conversation course, and now I've been doing almost 10 hours of conversations with natives every month. Its a 30minutes every second day plus some groups lessons. This is the way which gave me a really big progress in a short time. Additionaly I do a lot of listening from the youtube videos like this one, write english emails at work, doing calls with coworkers from other countries. If you want making progress you have to lost your concerns, and try to dont be shy and afraid of making mistakes. Even writing comments on youtube is a great way to make ur english skill better. A lot of input and output EVERY day. Youd have to find FUN in learning process, not a duty. English should to become a part of your life, and 1-2 years will give you enough skills to comunicate in every situation :)

I’m studying my fourth language English and I just can understand simple conversation.but I can understand what she is speaking she talk haven’t high level words it’s make me comfortable.

I do consider myself a perfectionist... Sometimes, when I have to write something, even when it's short, I find myself watching blank paper for one hour without writing a certain word. Even if I write something, I usually delete it, because it doesn't sound perfect enough. So, yeah, being a perfectionst wastes a lot of your time and you get nothing special in return. Focusing on what you're doing is important, but you must strike a balance between what is good enough and what is perfect.
I'm still straggling with writing, but what helped me when it comes to speaking, it's 'just speak and don't think too much'. Why? Because everytime when I stop to think about how I am going to say something in English, I start thinking in my first language and get stuck.
So, to sum up, 'Don't let you perfectionism stop you from learning a new language! Speak, write, even if it doesn't sound perfect, one day it definitely will.'
