@@diogosilva4622 it takes a lot of axial impact force to snap one of those dt swiss rims (2:07), could be that some previous event contributed to the failure because that landing alone didn't seem hard enough to do that sort of damage... either that or a defect. also f your little "haha"

Gutted about NZ Cycling's massive fail in not including Wyn Masters in the team despite his legendary contribution to NZ Downhill & Downhill MTB in general, huge fail right there.. Anyway, Go Kiwis! .. But also go BK, you deserve this! Then again i wouldn't be too disappointed if Troy Brosnan takes it either, I always rep Aussie riders unless its against a kiwi haha! But in the case of BK vs Troy id actually go BK, cos he's such an allround GC.. Holy shoot i cant wait!

The wheel bent because she was out of control and crashed the bike into the top of the berm causing the wheel to taco. Not the other way around.
