    Perfecto! I don't need the upstairs though. That backyard looks peaceful and lovely.
    Enjoy the traditional homes a lot. My Mexican American coconut self felt that home was a hug from a family member I never got to meet. 😊

    A beautiful house with great furnishings, storage, AC with mature pleasing grounds. Cartess Ross is the best.

    That ground floor bedroom would make a great home office/consultation room/artist studio! 🤔🤗 I like the fact that it looks clean and tidy yet it's an older style home with a lil' character. I absolutely need a dip pool and there's enough room in the back: I'd set one up, string some lights and move right in! 🫡 Good find/location, and it looks like it's in a quiet cul-de-sac so no buses and traffic 😊

      Definitely a dip pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Thanks for watching

    Do the home come with the furniture? I would rather buy some or replace most of it.

      Most homes for rent here in Yucatan are NOT furnished.
      This one in the video came furnished.

    Cartess you need to tell people there is no privacy. Your channel shows deals, and that includes the price of housing. I want to know HOW MUCH for that home. These videos are helping me make financial and area decisions. We don't know her and don't care about her only the price of the property! Point blank period.

    • @nncadi1
      @nncadi1 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Yeah, it would have been nice to know the price. That’s one of the nicer homes I’ve seen.

      I can say it’s under $1,000 USD. I’d rather get the shot and show the house, than not. I especially wanted to show this home because it wasn’t as modern and new but has so much character and charm. I myself tend to like these houses better. I understand your perspective but I wanted the footage more than the price. 99% of the time I include prices, and I won’t stress over the 1% when I’m unable. But under $1000. Anything in the neighborhoods starting with ‘Monte’ will tend to be expensive than most areas. This was in Montecarlo. You can expect to spend upwards of $14,000-$40,000 pesos per month in this area

      I was just thinking that, I like this and was wondering if it were in my budget. Because I would really love a place like this, it would be perfect for my mom and I so she won't need to climb the stairs and a bathroom in her bedroom 😍

    Oh my goodness. That's GMs house. It's dark and depressing. If you painted the walls white and got rid of the furniture and out of date curtains, it might look better. But that's a big nah for me, bruh. 😒

    • @MoveAbroadandThrive
      @MoveAbroadandThrive  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      It was dark because the curtains were pulled down on the windows (I mentioned that in the video). The agent was going through the house to open everything but I got there earlier than expected. Tons of light when those blinds are opened. I personally prefer the older homes than the modern new ones. Each person has their own style and preferences. To each their own. Thanks for watching and sharing your opinion

      you hit the nail on the head. I rented it and believe now it was haunted. My sister saw a woman on the steps one night. I had to leave. Love Merida though .
