Idea: damage is switched, meaning damage heals you and gives you extra hearts, and regen hurts you
What is the hunter gonna do if the runner just doesn't eat? It's the only healing until potions
You can only be damaged when the hunter hits you

or damage is switched like whatever damage the hunter gets the speed runner gets (but the hunter can't just kill themselves) which means speedrunner can't kill hunter

You could make it something really pointless, like you can craft a dirt apple that gives you 1 extra heart when you eat it, or you could put multiple useless things into the game, like a pickaxe that mines 1 random block adjacent to the block you just mined, or something

Manhunt idea :- when a person eats food from main hand he gets bad potion effects but, if person eats from off hand he gets good potion effects and some op loot

Here's a mean twist idea. Whenever you get close to a structure, it has a chance to be at those exact coordinates but inverted, Say the stronghold was at 2,000/4,500. It would then be moved to -2,000/-4,500.

Idea: Mc Manhunt but there’s slow - falling anvils.
The only problem I ever have with these videos is I immediately know that they are gonna get to the end, the person trying to speedrun is gonna get really close to beating the dragon, and then they die. I haven't watched a single video here where the speedrunner wins.

You should do Minecraft Manhunt but Blocks Have Random Drops, where when you make special tools you can get random drops from blocks. Also, you can upgrade for better items.
