- Here I show you another variant of a collage - Portrait.
I have used a spatula, rag, and brush on tools. For writing also an acrylic pen. I painted with acrylic paint. Except for the Cadmium Orange, I used finished acrylic paint
The difficulty I had was not to have the subject so isolated on the surface. But see for yourself. I hope you like it !!!

So many times as you are layering the paint in different ways and with different colors, I think it is so beautiful. I don't understand why you don't stop. Then when I see the finished painting, I understand. I don't know that I would have the vision to layer as much as you do. I guess I will have to try it myself. Thank you for sharing your process.

Thank you for sharing, I really enjoyed this video. Love what you made. Just a little tip though: when you whipe of the scraper, do it on a piece of plain copy paper instead of a cloth/towel. That way you can save your cloth and paint, and you'll end up with nice painty paper that can be used for collage or other crafty projects. Sometimes these papers get very beautiful by accident.

Hi & Thank's, you have probably saved my painting life! Have tryed so many times with the pouring, but I am colourblind so the result is some sort of broen guh... ☺️ This is a method I think i can do, and not only with brush - and you even adding collage, something I have tryed, but mixing this two together makes a new dimention in the painting. Hello Richard, thank you for your message. A lot of time has passed. Surely you have already tried the glue yourself. I hope everything worked out as it should. I use a craft glue that is not so liquid. So that it does not soak the paper. I send many colorful greetings to Australia, Petra

Good idea, but intermediate and advanced artists need to kick it up a notch by painting the portrait. It does look crafty using a photo.
