Here in this video, Video 4 I filmed at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, Australia, platform 2B, on Saturday, July 6, 2024, we see a 6 - car VLocity DMU Train, as it departs from platform 2A. This train was running the 6:02 pm InterCity Service to Albury, NSW. We see the train as it slowly makes its way alongside the platform, past the camera, then towards the double track, dual gauge, North Melbourne Flyover section of Victoria's otherwise Broad Gauge Regional Rail Link. The last part of the video shows it fade into the dark of night on its way to the NSW ~ VIC State Border and Albury. May this video be of use, interest, etc, to those who see it.
