تم نہیں مانتے ہو تو نہ مانو لیکن شائق عثمانی صاحب بہترین بات کر رہے ہیں باقی آج کل کے ججز ہیں وہ سیاسی ہیں ان کو سپریم کورٹ میں لایا گیا تھا اب وہ اپنی روزی حلال کر تہے ہیں۔
باقی کورٹ ایک الگ بننی چاہے اور ان میں وہ ججز شامل کیا جائے جو سیاسی نہیں ہیں۔

The purpose of creating a Constitutional Court above the Supreme Court is to end the power of the Supreme Court. A constitutional bench should be formed within the Supreme Court, that is the best idea.
That's the need of the hour.

You are silent how constitional courts can be established either by the appointment / selection through selection of ruling and opposition members of parliament or by selection through bar councils. What should be criteria to stand for the test of trust of the people.
Why you do not acceot laws already in vigue in India or UK who dont fight with each other.

یہ جج بھی بکواس کرتے ھیں اس ملک میں تین چار بار مارشلاء لگایا گیا ھیں اور ایک ایک ماشلا کا دورانیہ دس دس گیارہ گیارہ سال تک رھا اس دوران کوئی سیاسی آئینی کیسز نہ ھونے کی برابر ھوتی ھیں تو کیا اس دوران کوئی عام آدمی کو انصاف ملا ھے ؟؟؟
اس وقت سیاست ہی نہیی ہوتی تھی تو سیاسی معملات کہاں ہوتے
