Maybe explain that you really want to do it and that hair grows back. And if it doesn’t suit you you can always wear a beanie or a wig. Also giving the corona excuse might help : “we are in quarantaine so if I do it now less people will see it” and maybe see it from there perspective as well?? I just shaved my head yesterday and my mom said she wasn’t really against it but had an opinion ab it.. now I had to shave my head for medical reasons (not cancer ) so I got away with it.
