Asanas are challenging.But it’s not easy.I feel only experienced person only can do this.But it’s a motivational videos.When a person see this he will get motivated..If you can add some tips it will be helpful .people will try one or twice . Then they will feel it would be difficult and will not practice again…

Nice drills especially the one with the wall. I'm still working on natarajasana myself. Noticed the standing foot is 45 degrees inwards. Does that make balancing easier instead of foot pointing front?
