We could have been neighbours. The house I almost bought was on Morrison Ct, Nicholston. My offer was accepted but I used an escape clause to back out of the deal a the last minute.

After finish the program of investment immigration they sell it to waitress from Peru. The lady lost the money from the restaurant and close it. The landlord ( Beeton old Chinese couple ) ask the previous cook of the restaurant to run the business for a little money, but the cook still lost money from the business, so they sell it to another couple to run the japanese restaurant. When I watch the video, I didn't see any restaurant at the right hand side of the main street. 15 years ago, there was 4 Chinese Restaurant in Alliston, Peking Wok, Fong's Kitchen , Golden Pine and one I didn't remember the name, sit opposite side of school.

住在多倫多，必具備起碼一部車、還要懂得駕駛;在市中心附近較方便，起碼有地铁！除了要適應天氣，必具備除草、鏟雪等能力;還要有足夠的投資本金，否则不用太奢望了！

@@Toronto_Life_Diary 不好意思记错了，应该是六七年前。当时那条街其他房子要八十万左右，这个房子设计和建筑质量都很好，地大有5英亩，有游泳池，后院最远处还有一个正规尺寸的冰球场。市值应该在120万以上。业主是建筑行业的所以建的特别好，我的西人验房师仔细检查了六个小时，他说从来没见过质量这么好的房子。我现在自己建的房子借鉴了那个房子很多设计，比如一楼12尺，二楼10尺，走出式地下室10尺等。

Wai Yin Lam 加拿大大部份地方人都很純樸，多倫多二三十年之前門都不🔒，現在許多好區屋的花園還是沒有圍欄(除非很差的區域)，越是富人區
越少圍欄，小鎮大多數都沒有，很安全。美國電影看太多啦🤓
