    Happy birthday Eden. Not many girls can say they have helped deliver baby goats before school 😊 the goats are giving you an insight into lambing 😂 will keep my fingers crossed that you can get the cabin finished/liveable. It will allow you hopefully a few more hours sleep 😊

    I'm enjoying your farm vids. The goats are looking great, and you are obviously enjoying the experience.

    I hope you had a happy, happy birthday! You are such a good helper… You are my favorite part of your dad‘s videos. And it’s hard to compete with gushing amniotic fluid. Polyhydramnios… Accumulation of amniotic fluid… In humans is associated with fetal abnormalities, so I’m so happy that the kids are doing well. This was one of my favorite videos since I’m a retired pediatrician and it’s been a while since I’ve been in the delivery suite. Thank you so much for sharing!

    yeah we have also cut wool off dead baby and sow it over the new baby before bath time (new baby wearing it like dress) but yeah i have never seen it happen more than few hours apart as the sooner you can have replacement baby the better but if herd is small than its harder to have restock but over 30 hours is way too long but nice if it had worked.

    What a great video. How many goats do you have now? It seems like quite a herd, or is it a flock?

      The Boer herd is at 22 plus we have a bunch of dairy orphans now too but that will be for a future video.

    Are you going to sell goats for meat?

    • @diyfarm
      @diyfarm  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes that’s the plan. Only on a small scale as their primary role is to help manage the land.

    Have you asked the vet why there was that amount of fluid. out of interest really.

      I didn’t ask when she was there as at that point we thought it’s was gas so I will see what she makes of the video and find out.
