Both this video and the mastermind have been real eye-openers for me. I realise my mindset was quite naive. I'm taking small steps, but I'm starting notice potential avenues of meaningful enjoyment. The likely problem I had was an aversion to going deeper into hobbies - possibly the remnants of a fixed mindset. I think I would stop at the point where play would begin to feel like work, which would often be early on (especially before applying marginal gains). Thank you for making this so actionable!
