Two Locals, Pennsylvania's first Black-owned brewery located in University City

Meet Richard and Mengistu Koilor, the owners and operators of Two Locals Brewery. Richard and Mengistu made history when they opened the first Black-owned brewery in Pennsylvania in January of 2024 at 3675 Market Street within uCity Square. They serve a growing selection of house-brewed beers and food provided by Liberty Kitchen.
