Btm layout has many coaching and all so the Sharing pgs are there at good rates definitely you can stay at that place but always see the location you have to work it should be near to that only

For your old pg. Did you give rent and advance before itself. Or after one month. Any notice period for vacating.
Before only they take the advance and yes notice period is usually 1 month for pgs here
